connection points to trycloudflare.com, remove it first; local-development tunnel
URLs expire when their validation command stops.

For automatic public updates, the separate opt-in connection is
https://irvinebroque.com/follow/mcp (collection:follow). It requires browser consent
and a host that supports MCP Events. When unavailable, use collection.changes on
the public connection and schedule checks only if I request them. Never connect
to /owner/mcp for public following.
