The big shift for me recently has been realizing I should skip the todo, and just write the prompt. No more Linear ticket. Now, simple tasks go straight to pull request. I've started using @zocomputer to orchestrate Claude Code agents for these small tasks. Building Zo with Zo! And often, I'm on the go. I can just text my Zo to kickoff a task. It's so awesome.
