Sam and I are so excited to welcome Fidji as CEO of Applications at OpenAI. Fidji is one of the most remarkable leaders I have ever had the privilege of working with, and I have personally seen her commitment to our mission in the boardroom over the past year. With Fidji joining Sam’s leadership team, Sam will be able to spend even more of his time scaling Research and Compute - the heart of our mission to build maximally beneficial AGI. I have never felt more optimistic about the future of our mission.
