To fix this I created a Claude Skill that instructs it to figure out the problem statement from the session itself. And, if not clear, ASK the human for the problem statement before creating PR. I was scared rolling this out (Claude asks me a question now?) but folks loved it! https://t.co/RhSFVlHezT
