I just so happened to be walking by this (~motivational?) decision making principle poster in the @stripe office when I saw this below @patrickc tweet. "Non-consensus is good. We do not seek consensus in decision-making at Stripe. Being consensus-driven will slow us down and may hinder our ability to make progress in unconventional and innovative ways."
