I wonder if Sundar is making a mistake and this handicaps their ability to be effective leaders at Google. Hard to trust somebody and partner with them internally or externally when the founders so publicly stab people who trusted them with their livelihoods in the back. Senior folks at Google understand corporate politics and the ICs will go to other orgs vs working with a lead they can't trust and VPs will play games to protect themselves. But this is probably wishful thinking and the lower order bit
