Slack doesn't matter. Docs don't matter. Sheets don't matter. Roadmaps don't matter. Strategies don't matter. Shipping code to real customers and watching that code getting used is all that matters. That needs to be the obsession. Everything else is a means to an end, and without running code is ultimately valueless.
