Intercom may be the most underhyped AI company. Customer support is transforming and their AI agent @Fin_ai is the best product on the market. I speculate Fin’s live ARR is the largest of the players, on top of a multi hundred million $ existing business. @eoghan returned to the business <3 years ago and is in full founder mode.
