We desperately need a new approach for reviewing PRs. Modern software engineering is resulting in a surplus of PRs and the tools available aren't quite hitting the mark. It's not just that the code needs reviewing, the queue needs managing, the PRs themselves need to be smaller and stacked. Graphite seems closest to solving this... but yet still something is missing. Looking forward to seeing more innovation in this space in 2026.
