This is a good thing for security. Right now attackers have an asymmetric advantage: defenders need to prevent every vulnerability, attackers only need to find one. But defenders see code before attackers. With an oracle that sees all vulns, defenders win because they can run it before shipping. Danger is in the transition window where the oracle is still being rolled out by defenders.
