We @Cloudflare are working with @coinbase to create the x402 Foundation. @programmer & others at Coinbase have created a powerful protocol to enable payments at Internet scale, and I am proud to work with them to create a foundation to standardize the protocol. Every day, sites on Cloudflare send out over a billion HTTP 402 response codes to bots, crawlers & agents. But without a standard, open way to respond to these 402s, they too often go unanswered. x402 can help solve this. (link in next tweet...)
